Being a perfectionist is a big weight to carry. On the one hand, you value excellence, but on the other, you are never really satisfied until things are exactly … perfect.

That is the thing about perfectionist tendencies - they are a hamster wheel of iteration and judgment. And, when you are running on it long enough, it gets tedious and tiring.

> Cut out 2 unnecessary things you are doing
> Do 1 thing you don’t know how to do

> Pick 2 things you do and give yourself only half the time to do them in
