Join us for a highly interactive and immersive session that scaffolds a space for you to welcome a deep level of personal insight through humor and hard truth, practice and delight.
Fear is powerful and it can either propel or immobilize us. It is personal and it is pervasive. For women especially, fear plays a critical role by the time we are 11 years old, and we see its effects throughout our lifetime. Brave has discovered that working your bravery muscle acts as a conduit to building a belief in your own capacity to take action. This belief is what Brave calls confidence.
Brave Enterprises studies fear to design and deliver programming (in person and online) to help people build a Brave Mindset and practice facing their fears.
After working with over 5,000 people, Brave’s research and data demonstrate that we are amidst a confidence crisis for women. Crista answers the questions, “How do you gain confidence?” and “What does this mean for women in leadership positions?” She shares her own story, the results from Brave’s research, and equips participants with the necessary ingredients to start pursuing their passion through bravery.
Join Brave’s CEO & Founder, Crista Samaras to learn and practice ways to move in your fear (rather than try to reduce it) and feel more confident navigating outside of your comfort zone. Using curiosity, conversation and collaboration with other participants, in 90 minutes you will build your 7-line personal story. The discovery of this story, and the story itself, will serve as a beacon for your personal brave action in the face of challenges, adversity, fear or uncertainty.
Light snacks and wine provided.
