ACTIVATOR OBJECTIVES:
- Create an experience they talk about later.

ACTIVATION APPROACH
Brave has a distinct way of ACTIVATING the Brave Programming.
Categorically, an Activator or Activation Team (2+ Activators) would want to make sure they are doing all three things throughout any single session:
1. IGNITE
2. ENGAGE
3. SPOTLIGHT
While you are first and foremost out there leading a room because YOU LOVE IT, your objective is to ensure an experience for every participant that helps them get more brave.
There are 3 WAYS TO GET MORE BRAVE:
1. Honesty with self
2. Taking brave action
3. Witnessing brave action
The benefits of bravery are increased self-awareness, empathy, confidence, and agency.

30,000 FT VIEW
Brave Programming is awesome and thoughtful and organized in a way to provide a particular arc for participants. In a nutshell, it's very INTENTIONAL.
But, substitute Brave Programming for a sport practice, math class, or Sunday School lessons, and you still have an effective Activator or not.
The question these tips work to answer is this: What makes an Activator effective regardless of programming?
These ingredients will help you own a room and move a crowd.
And, they are as critical to your performance at a Brave Session as running our script.
Why? Because they are you, maximized, whole, brave.

Brave Session
We will be splitting up our standard Brave Session into different parts that help create an arc to the day, give the kids an opportunity to be in small groups, and provide kids with exposure to different Activators.
PT 1, INTRO: #1,2 (whole group)
PT 2, KNOW YOURSELF: #3-6 (small groups)
PT 3, MOVE YOURSELF: #7-11 (small groups)
PT 4, BE YOURSELF: BOOM Circle
All Activators are responsible to know all pieces of programming.

See what the students see.
This is where the students go to take their Pre- and Post-Surveys.
Activators must be delivering programming that ensures understanding of Post-Survey questions.
All Activators should complete both Surveys as part of their training(check for any mistakes!).
