DAY 4: STRESS SYSTEMS

Stress systems COMPRESS, so it is imperative to develop mechanisms that help to PROCESS fear, pressure and overwhelm.

FEAR

Fear derails us, unless we develop a way to manage it. Matching fear feelings (however small) with brave action (however small) is the most reliable way to move through it.

PRESSURE

Pressure compounds. Even bits of air added to a balloon over time will lead it to pop. As pressure builds, find a way to poke holes. Practice this by thinking of obstacles and creating solutions before you are under pressure.

OVERWHELM

Overwhelm is the product of many things that glob to each other and show up as one, massive thing. The key is to break it into it's pieces, organize them, and tackle them one by one.
