Here, we focus is on how to come up with a goal that requires bravery. It is most important that your goal motivates you intrinsically, and that it scares you.
These two things will help scaffold your pursuit and allow you to peel back any layers of resistance, fear, procrastination or self-sabotage.

Spend the time breaking down your goa into small steps. Identify the obstacles to those steps and take the time now to troubleshoot.
When you see what the road looks like, you aptly equip yourself for what is required.
