The Chase
A 6-week intensive experience for women who are ready to set a goal, map it out and chase after it with all of who they are.
You're you, but not yourself.
Call it COVID-dark, call it a haze, call it multi-tasking on speed, call it lack of self-care or time or energy.
This last 6 months has done a number on us all. We are all fine.
Except we're not.
The Chase gives you the opportunity to be around brave women who are determined to get going, to design a plan for action, and to learn about themselves as they take action.
What is included:

BRAVE PROGRAMMING
Brave is a company that has been studying fear - and measure our impact on people - since 2016. Our programming activates people to reflect, question, bear witness and stretch. The Chase programming is original and profound, helping to guide you to outward action through inward discoveries. Our signature worksheets are provided for every session.

8 x LIVE ZOOM MEETINGS
ZOOM meetings are 60 minutes on Mon. & Thurs. evenings, guided by Crista Samaras, and including discussions and real-time work. They are fast-paced practice sessions that introduce structures, strategies and concepts to contribute to deep and powerful identity work. They are emotional workouts. You will leave feeling a fantastic BOOM in your spirit.

BRAVE COACH
Every participant gets two formal 1on1 calls with Crista Samaras, which they can take at any time throughout the 6 week experience. These calls help individuals to dig even deeper, to refine and get more specific on their goals or sub-steps, or to master particular concepts learned throughout. Crista is a powerhouse in your pocket.

DAILY CORRESPONDENCE
You will receive an email or text every day of the 6-week experience with prompts to address. These prompts can be answered, journaled, discussed or considered in the privacy of your own head. Accountability is the number one priority within this experience and Crista will be work

Motivation is the New Inspiration
We combine GOAL work and IDENTITY work to ignite intrinsic motivation. This is a killer-combo against fear, pressure or challenge
GOAL work
You name a GOAL you want to chase. This becomes your scaffolding (and a compelling reason) to dig deep into yourself.
Taking steps to your GOAL is the track you follow, each one creating more space and room to learn what stops you.
The GOAL creates the pressure, which ignites doubt, or hesitation, or insecurity, or fear of failure, rejection, or loss.

IDENTITY work
IDENTITY work is done as you are pursuing your goal. It is the questions you ask and the inventory you take as our programming unfolds.
IDENTITY work is knowing what experiences have made you look through the lenses you do, why you react the way you, judge others or yourself, wait, apologize, speak up or out, manage doubt or fear.
This is the work of reconstituting how you approach hard, scary, or complicated things.
