  • Brave Boosts
    Motivation, inspiration and instruction are regularly delivered via short, fun emails and texts.

  • Virtual Workshop (The Scrimmage)
    Live, coached workshop (the Scrimmage) facilitates a deeper understanding of the All-Terrain Skill and its application while also building community and connection among members.

  • Brave Coach & Squad
    Supportive coach and like-minded teammates to learn, practice, grow, and chase your goals with!

  • Micro-Challenges
    Simple, fun tasks sent by your Coach to accomplish in 2 minutes or less that challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone.
  • Guest Speakers
    Lively, real-time discussions led by Brave Experts on a wide range of topics such as nutrition, strength training, sleep optimization, study habits, etc. 
  • Resource Library
    Engaging articles, interviews, videos, blogs, etc. are available on-demand and allow you to dive deeper into a topic of interest.  
  • In-Person Events
    Concentrated learning and ridiculous fun times with your XTEAMmates (additional fees apply).
