BRAVE LEADERSHIP

Now is the time to fortify your resilience, develop your confidence, and build your bravery.

We challenge you to do this work independently, and with the same eagerness, stamina and courage you were intending for Lake Placid.

You want to learn.

You signed up for the NSI in because you want to grow, improve and do the work. This is the work.

You want to lead.

Beyond your influence on the field, you want to impact your teams, clubs, school and community.

🔻

Lead yourself.

Manage your fear by taking control of what you can. Use this uncertain time to dig into understanding yourself. Prepare yourself for a new world that requires you to know who are you.
