This is a competitive camp. It's for the kid who is obsessed with her own potential.

What is The Boom Lab?

The BOOM Lab is a high-performance lacrosse camp that leverages the will of the athlete for personal improvement.

Across three immersive days, players will:

  • Train skills at speed and under pressure
  • Learn how to convert fear to confidence
  • Build a performance profile that will track data and improvement
  • Gain exposure to MN college campuses

It's where athletes learn the value and fun of working outside of their physical, emotional, and mental comfort zones.

Who is this camp for?

For driven athletes.

This 3-day experience is for (rising) 9-12th grade girls who want to be in training with other competitive girls who value hard work and think it's fun. Girls attending should

  • Play competitive lacrosse (high school or club)
  •  Prioritize hard work, curiosity, and self-awareness
  • Want to be around other female athletes who are working to improve
  • Are ready to be coached by warm-demanding people guiding them their best self and game

This is not a recreational camp. It is designed for athletes who are invested in their own improvement.

Why should girls attend?

The BOOM Lab! is unlike any camp your daughter has ever attended. It will give HER the chance to

  • Experience the best foundational skills and game IQ training for lacrosse
  • Build her personal confidence and resilience by facing fear, managing pressure, and experiencing failure
  • Strengthen personal agency, independence, and emotional regulation
  • Learn ways to self-lead through affirmation, motivation, and goal-setting science
  • Reinforce her joy and hope for her own life and for her lacrosse game

"The Boom Lab is for driven athletes who are serious about their growth.

I love Crista Samaras because she demands growth. Her mindset training is direct, honest, and performance driven. She teaches athletes how to respond instead of react, how to stay steady under pressure, and how to choose courage when it matters most. She builds competitors who can handle hard, not avoid it. That standard is exactly what this Lab stands for.

If you love hard work, value curiosity, and want to be around other competitive girls who believe improvement is fun, this is your place."

CINDY TIMCHAL, HEAD WOMEN'S LACROSSE COACH, US NAVAL ACADEMY
