It's been a hard year
In 2021, life is different. School is different. Sports are different. Swimming is different. You are different.
It's time to train your mind to be ready to improve. And by improve, we mean your self-understanding, self-expression, and self-activation.
Some people call it mental fitness. Some people call it resilience. Some people call it emotional stamina. Some people call it confidence. We call it bravery.
Content Review
During the POWER HOUR, we focused on developing and practicing THREE major tools:

NEUTRAL STATEMENT

Data Report
This report is based on the data we collected from USA Swimming participants.
What is bravery? How do you practice it? Discover all the ways to use bravery to build a fear management system.
What's your story? Tell your story with a Brave Pitch - a tool that represents who you are and what you want right now.
Learn how to spark empathy, creativity, and bravery by asking more questions. Can you be more curious than you are afraid?
Are you listening to yourself? Discover a critical tool to help fight your inner enemy if she shows up: THE NEUTRAL STATEMENT.
Brave Your Fear
Being brave relies on being scared. So, if there is stuff that scares you, then this is a perfect opportunity to practice being brave in the face of it.
