WE HELP PEOPLE DO HARD THINGS.
By studying bravery and fear, we are able to develop original programming that addresses the emotional fears that hold us back from the things that scare us.
Through deliberate practice, which includes repetition and challenge, those who encounter all of our programming leave with new skills (competencies), belief in those skills (confidence) and readiness to take action based on the belief in those skills (courage).
Brave aims to inspire, guide, nudge, push and pull you to chase after what you want. You can attend a live session, join our monthly online community meetings, listen to incredible stories on our podcast, read the blog, book a session for your group or shop.
"Brave is helping me let go of the fears that hold me back so I can feel satisfied, fulfilled and happy every day."
Bravery is a muscle that you must continue training in order to strengthen it. To help you train those muscles, we offer our monthly coaching series called The Chase, which includes a 90-minute LIVE life/work/soul coaching session packed with resources, guests and experiential learning.
COURSES + COMMUNITY
We have a library of course developing so that you can learn and practice in the privacy of our own home. And, once you register for ANY coaching session or course with Brave, you will get access to our online community, called the CONFIDENCE CLUB.
We host events for our varied communities to learn, practice and execute together. Programming at these events is not offered elsewhere.
THE FEAR Workshop
Evening event with wine, heavy appetizers and programming that digs deep into your fears, helping you come out with a brave plan of attack.
A Confidence Conference for Teenage Girls in New York City that gathers rising 9-12th graders who want to learn how to CRUSH IT.
Character programming plugged into sports-specific learning for Kindergarten through 5th grade. Currently in NYC only.
Dealing with fear is what we call bravery. The Brave Your Fear Podcast is a collection of the stories told by people who have confronted their fear, and who are willing to share how they made it through, what tips they might offer to others and why the struggle was worth it.
